Does Software Engineering Principles Apply to Leadership

On Friday, July 26th, I had the privilege of speaking at the 10th CincyDeliver Conference, formerly known as the Day of Agile. It’s my favorite conference because many of the talks are given by practioners like myself who are leading and working with agile software development teams on a daily basis.

You can find the presentation for this talk here: Does Software Engineering Principles Apply to Leadership?.

Some of the talks for this year, plus the past two years can be found on github here.
